BODY ATTACK

A challenging whole-body workout that builds stamina, agility and athletic performance. Incredibly fun and full of positive team energy. Suitable for all.

BODYPUMP

Shape, tone and strengthen your entire body using high repetition movements with low weight loads.

BODY COMBAT

Burn calories as you punch and kick your way to fitness, fierceness and empowerment.

BODY BALANCE

A range of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates movements set to music, enhancing your mind, your body and your life. Bend, stretch and strengthen.

TRX FUSION

Burn and tone in this mid/high intensity class for aerobic endurance and strength. Uses suspension trainer, functional equipment and body weight.

KORE

Kore is a 30-minute strengthening class with an emphasis on your torso. Prevent or reduce back pain, improve your posture, and get a trimmer waistline with Kore classes. All levels welcome.

SKULPT TONE

Dynamic moves using step, body weight and weighted equipment to target major muscle groups, especially legs, glutes and core. High reps, with challenging weights.

SKULPT TOTAL

This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, resistance training to sculpt the arms, glutes, and core. Start your day right with this intense and rewarding workout and leave the class feeling great.

ZUMBA

Synced to original music designed to match every move, this intense form of Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training for an even more intense workout.

STEP KLASSIC

Step Klassic is high energy cardio class using height adjustable step-tools that involves movements. Go ahead, move up, across and all the way around for an excellent workout.

JUMPIN'

Jumpin’ is a dynamic fitness workout performed on specially designed trampolines. It combines a set of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, active sprints, and power sports elements. This fun and challenging workout guarantees strengthening the whole body while burning off the excess calories.
