BODY ATTACK

A challenging whole-body workout that builds stamina, agility and athletic performance. Incredibly fun and full of positive team energy. Suitable for all.

BODYPUMP

Shape, tone and strengthen your entire body using high repetition movements with low weight loads.

BODY COMBAT

Burn calories as you punch and kick your way to fitness, fierceness and empowerment.

BODY BALANCE

A range of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates movements set to music, enhancing your mind, your body and your life. Bend, stretch and strengthen.

TRX TOTAL

Use your gravity, your body weight and the TRX resistance machine to develop cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.

TRX FUSION

Burn and tone in this mid/high intensity class for aerobic endurance and strength. Uses suspension trainer, functional equipment and body weight.

CORE REPUBLIK

A 30-minute focus on all areas of the core using body weight, weight training, and resistance band training.

SCULPT REPUBLIK

Dynamic moves using step, body weight and weighted equipment to target major muscle groups, especially legs, glutes and core. High reps, with challenging weights.

Choreographed steps meet muscle strength training in this fusion of two classic workouts, toning your muscles and raising your cardio game.

Flow work for balance, stability and flexibility, gently merging therapeutic exercises, strength and flexibility exercises and breathing techniques to stretch, release stress, improve posture, and listen to our bodies.
